WHY FLAT SIX?
COMMON QUESTIONS
How long does it take to process an order?
We roast to order and dispatch within 48 hours of roasting, so your coffee lands as fresh as possible. Orders placed before 12pm usually go out the same working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched within 48 hours of roasting and sent via tracked courier. Delivery times vary by destination, but you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You're in full control of your subscription — you can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time with no fees or penalties. Just log in to your account and manage your subscription from there, or get in touch with us and we'll sort it for you.
Which grind should I choose?
It depends on your brewing method! Choose Whole Bean if you have a grinder at home for the freshest flavour. Coarse grind suits French press and cold brew, Medium works well for filter and pour-over, and Fine is ideal for espresso machines. Not sure? We're happy to help — just drop us a message.
