This coffee has only been grown since 2021 but the favourable conditions in this area have meant that the quality is there right away. A Washed Process coffee with the typical Central American style, you'll taste blackberry, apple and dark chocolate.

We roast this coffee medium/dark, it's relatively new to us and we know it makes a great espresso.
